LOCATION: 117 West Third Street Muscatine, Iowa 52761 The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. * A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond are not required. Davis-Bacon Act applies to this project. Successful bidder will adhere to all federal laws applicable to the work hereunder, and having force of law No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids without written consent of the Owner. Substantial Completion within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Final Job Site Observation report shall be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion
