The Fremont Unified School District is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations from the Districts CM pool to submit proposals to provide District Wide and project-related Relocation Management services for the Districts new construction, modernization, renovation, and demolition projects. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Kelle Lynch McMahon, Facilities Director at klynchmcmahon@fusdk12.net by 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 10, 2020. The Districts response to questions received by this date will be posted Electronically by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. The District is seeking proposals from the CM pool in response to this RFP to provide District wide and project-related Relocation Management services to support new construction, expansion, modernization, renovation and/or swing space projects. Services are expected to include move management for selected projects including move scope creation, bidding, analysis of bids, budget tracking, move coordination and all scheduling related activities, site staff meetings with end users, on-site move oversight and punch list activities to ensure complete functional occupancy of new and renovated buildings. A successful Respondent will work with District asset management to track all new and or surplus assets identified in the project. The proposed work will commence at the discretion of the District. Project duration will continue as needed, however, pricing should be based on the remaining portion of this fiscal year, or 1400 hours, to commence in October 2020.
