Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work of Project 24C Construction Package Number 1 is a part of Owner's water transmission and re-pressurization project and generally consists of clearing and grubbing of the site and offsite drainage easement, excavation of the detention pond and classified embankment fill for structures, construction of two concrete potable water storage tanks, and a stormwater pump station with the outfall storm sewer. Estimate: $20,000,000 To $25,000,000 Bid Security in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID must accompany each BID as a guarantee that the Successful Bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds and Guaranties on the forms provided within eight (8) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the CONTRACTOR. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all BIDs and to waive technical defects in bidding. QA Expiration Date has changed from 11/14/2020 12:00:00 AM CST to 12/9/2020 12:00:00 AM CST
