Garden screen segments are a cast stone product by Haddonstone. Brick column neighborhood entry monuments. Two types. One is a singular column. The other is a column with a segment of garden screen associated. Tube steel fencing installation. Site furniture (benches) installation in the Section 25 pocket park. Backlit Veranda monument signage on a brick base with associated metal scroll work. Match existing on site. Landscape lighting associated with the entry columns and machine moved tree. Landscape drainage and inlet installation in section 27 near Del Webb. Existing turf and irrigation within the ROW to be protected in place. Any damages to be repaired by contractor Connection to existing controller "I" and controller "K". and installation of new controller "L" and electrical service in Section 27 Existing sleeves for electrical and irrigation, should not need to bore. Project is tax exempt.
