A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Raleigh is soliciting informal bids from licensed firms to repair paving, waterproofing, and structural repairs, at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, along the upper plaza. The scope of work involves removal and replacement of the existing failing paving, waterproofing, backfill, storm drain repairs, and structural steel replacement and repair in strict accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Timmons Group. It is the responsibility of each bidder to assure their bid is submitted no later than the date and time established. All bids will be received at the office of the engineer, Timmons Group, 5410 Trinity Road, Suite 102, Raleigh, NC 27607, or may be emailed to blake.hall@timmons.com. Bidders must provide evidence they are properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the General Statues of North Carolina and must comply with nondiscrimination provisions.
