**As of October 14, 2020, project was awarded to McLean Construction for $878,787.50. This project includes approximately 9,650 Linear Feet of 12-inch water line and associated appurtenances. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Belton, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within fifteen (15) days after the notification of the award of the contract. The City of Belton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received. This project is located is South Belton on the East side of IH-35, from Grove Road extending South towards the Lampasas River along Toll Bridge Road.
