Project Address 28:24'14.71" N 81:43'32.61" W base bid site In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the number of days from Notice to Proceed with Construction to Substantial Completion for the base bid shall be 150 days and Final Completion shall be 30 days thereafter. Should the alternate be added, an additional 60 days to Substantial Completion will be added to the contract for a total of 210 days. Final would still be 30 days later.
