Structure: 100 Lf of 2 @ 96 Aluminum Steel Pipe, 10 Gauge, 3/4 X 3/4 X 7-1/2, With Bands The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Madison County requires a copy of your Affidavit and certified application for the Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program be placed in a separate envelope and attached to the outside of the envelope containing your bid. The Bid envelope will not be opened unless the separate envelope contains our completed and signed affidavit and certified application (No Exceptions Allowed). Forms are available from the Engineer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of the Contractor Licensing Act of 1994, found in Tennessee Code Annotated," Section 62-6-119, as amended. In accordance with this act, the following information must appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid for all projects in excess of $25,000 This project is funded by Madison County road funds.
