Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Work covered by these documents consists of constructing varying lengths of 2” Rolled Polyethylene Tubing Water Main and renewing water services. Contractor to connect New 2” Rolled Polyethylene Tubing Water Mains to existing 6” Water Mains, renew water services and abandon existing water mains as described in the advertisement for bids itemized in the proposal and illustrated on the plans. Work required by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and appurtenances required to perform all operations in connection with the following: • Connect New 2” Rolled Polyethylene Tubing Water Main to Existing 6” Water Mains. • Construct New 2” Rolled Polyethylene Tubing Water Main of varying lengths. • Renew existing water services. • Plug and abandon existing 2” Water Mains. • Installation of Flowable Fill within the Trench Areas. • Resurfacing of Trench Areas within existing Asphalt and Concrete Pavement Areas. • Landscape and Driveway (Asphalt/Concrete) Repairs/Replacements.
