Lighting upgrades to the Regional Training Institute Building 3800 (with the exception of Areas F-1, F-2 & G, which are to be included as an alternate) to include replacement of existing, outdated lighting systems with new, energy efficient LED lighting. Some fixtures will be replaced in their entirety, whereas other fixtures will be retrofitted with LED lamps and appropriate ballasts/power supplies. Work includes all materials, lifts, ladders, labor and associated electrical work. Construction Cost Range: $100,000 to $300,000 Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Provide all labor, equipment, material, and operations required for complete, safe and operational system upgrades as required in accordance with drawings and specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Demolition and proper disposal/recycling of existing lighting fixtures, lamps and ballasts as required for provision of new LED lighting system; Minor modifications to existing distribution system for power as required for connection to new Contractor furnished LED light fixtures; Complete replacement of existing lighting fixtures with new LED light fixtures, including all required hardware, mounting, wiring and associated work; Complete replacement of existing lamps and/or ballasts with new LED lamps and associated ballasts, including all required hardware, fixture modifications, wiring and associated work.
