Site work and paving for a civil project in Downey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of the construction of water system improvements on Florence Avenue from Tweedy Lane to Brookshire Avenue, as shown on the contract plans. The work to be performed generally consists of potable water main improvements including the installation of new main, fire hydrant assemblies, water service lines, meters and boxes; installation of gate valves, crosses, tees, bends, thrust blocks, and fittings; abandoning of existing water mains, service lines, and other associated facilities; removal and salvaging of existing fire hydrant assemblies, existing water meters, and boxes; clearing and grubbing; trenching, backfilling and compacting; asphalt concrete (AC) pavement reconstruction; reconstruction of miscellaneous PCC improvements, landscaping, irrigation, and other existing improvements disturbed during the course of construction; traffic control; and all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements License Requirements "A" or "C34" Liquidated Damages 1000 Project Duration 90 days
