Summary Project Description: The project includes additions, renovations, and site improvements to Woodside Middle School. Subprojects are as follows: 1. Two classroom and two activity space additions at the west end of the building with minimal adjacent spaces. New addition(s) equal approximately 5,520 SF. Interior renovations include approximately 1,600 SF. 2. Administrative office addition with safe-secure entrance vestibule. New addition equals approximately 1,200 SF. 3. Renovation of the existing behavioral special needs classroom, band rehearsal, and general music classrooms and associated storage areas at the East end of the building. Renovations include skylight and window retrofits into existing roof and exterior walls. Renovated areas equal approximately 4,350 SF. 4. Building wide HVAC Controls Upgrades.
