Due Date for questions shall be September 10, 2020 at 12:00 Noon. All questions must be reduced to writing and emailed to the attention of Kimberly Tomaszewski, Senior Buyer at katt@wayne.edu, copy to Valerie Kreher, Senior Buyer at: Rfpteam2@wayne.edu Right to reject any and all proposals, either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities therein is reserved by the Owner. Bidders must be available for a bid prequalification meeting, as soon as the day following the bid opening. The lowest qualified bidder will be contacted and requested to meet with Facilities Planning & Management at their office located at 5454 Cass Avenue, Detroit, MI 48202. During this meeting, the Vendor must provide a Project Schedule and a Schedule of Values, including a list of Contractors suppliers, subcontractors, and other qualifications.
