Audio System for Budweiser Events Center. The Contractor will provide a new turn-key audio system (as described under Scope of Work) in the Budweiser Event Center (BEC) located at the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex, better known as "The Ranch". The new turn-key audio system will be replacing the current audio system. The budget for this project is $275,000 and vendors are encouraged to develop their proposal with this not-to-exceed budget in mind. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation services, supervision, project management, system design, old system removal only, project scheduling (with event center staff), installation and integration, configuration and testing, documentation, BEC orientation and training, and coordination necessary to complete the installation of the new fully functional turn-key audio system.All existing equipment removed during this project must be promptly given to Larimer County and placed in the appropriate location. The new system must interface seamlessly with existing video and ancillary audio systems. Larimer County reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals, to further negotiate with any and/or qualified proposers and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals received, and to accept any portion of the proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of Larimer County to do so.
