The work shall consist of the mobilization and demobilization of Contractors forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract. B. This work shall not include mobilization and demobilization for specific items of work for which payment is provided elsewhere in the contract. C. Mobilization shall not be considered as work in fulfilling the contract requirement for commencement of work Opinion of Probable Cost $850,000.00 The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interests of the Owner, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids
