Renovation of a swimming pool in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Irving is requesting bids to replace filtration materials, etc.., in the Irving Arts Center Sculpture Garden Pool system. Labor and materials to replace the silica sand (approx. 2800lbs), pea-gravel-1/4 X 1/8 (approx. 500lbs), laterals, and the man-way access O-rings in two (2) forty-eight (48) Sqft. STARK Filters in the Irving Arts Center pool system. Once completed, check system for proper operation. Contractor to remove all used material and debris from site once completed. Question Cutoff Date 9/11/2020 01:00:00 PM (ET) The City reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities that do not materially affect the scope or pricing of submitted bids. The City of Irving reserves the right to terminate the contract without prior notice in the event the Respondent defaults or breaches any of the terms and conditions of this contract, or otherwise fails to perform in accordance with the bid specifications. There will be two separate site visits; it is mandatory that you attend one of the site visits to have your bid considered responsive. The site visits will be held at: Irving Arts Center-3333 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75062.
