The work consists of renovations to the existing administrative office building including but not limited to interior demo, new interior drywall partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, painting, hvac, electrical renovations, etc. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in building renovation projects. Charleston - Kanawha Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. The project consists ofthe renovation to the existingAdministrative Office Building to include demo of existing and construction of newwalls, flooring, ceiling, doors, electrical, mechanical etc. as shown in drawings. The contractor shall visit the site and become familiar with all aspects of the work to be performed and shall make all exploratory investigations required to insure that all the work can be performed and completed and shall include all necessary work associated to complete the work as indicated and to the intent of the drawings and specifications.
