Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of, but is not limited to: Burton Island Toilet Building Renovations and New Shower Building Project Description (Rebid): Base bid for this project shall consist of 1) renovation to existing Toilet Building #3; 2) construction of a new Shower Building in the Marina Area, and 3) construction of a Pervious Stone ADA Pathway, Timber Culvert and a new Water stand. Renovation to Toilet Building #2 and construction of a new Shower Building at that location will be Add Alternate #1 to the Base Bid. Base bid and Add Alternate #1 Bid Pricing shall be supported within a responsive bid by completion and inclusion of a Schedule of Values for each, as shown in Bid Proposal form. Note the following changes from previous bids on this project: 1) construction of the new Shower Building in the Marina area will be allowed to occur during the Park operating season. Work during the operating season shall be closely coordinated with Owner, Architect and Engineer to ensure no disruption of service to existing buildings in use and to ensure safety of patrons. 2) all spoils, including any ledge removal, can remain on island to be disposed of at a designated location by the Owner.
