ODOT Complex Building E Roof Replacement ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to overlay the existing asphalt rolled roof system at our ODOT Complex Bldg. E located in Salem, OR as per specifications described in the Request for Bids (RFB) documents located in the Attachments Exist folder. Bidders shall provide pricing and other information on the forms provided in the Attachments Exist folder. Click on the Attachments Exist folder to download the Request for Bids and the Attachment A-D document which includes specifications. PLEASE NOTE: . Due to occasional glitches in our email system, I would advise NOT waiting until the very last minute to submit your bid. You will receive an email message of bid received upon receipt of bid. To overlay the existing asphalt rolled roof system. Remove all abandoned roof protrusions, repair deck and prep deck to receive new roof system. Install slip sheet per manufacture's requirements at vertical walls. Install new XPS Hybrid recover board over existing roof system. Wrap roof deck and interior parapet wallswith self-adhering vapor barrier. Re-plumb existing drainages with custom drains, overflows and scuppers. Properly tie into existing drainage system and install leaf strainers at drainages. Install a new mechanicallyattached roofing membrane. This will include all flashings and other components to comprise a complete roofing system.
