The site where the Project will be constructed is located in Travis County, Texas, within the City of Manor's extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ), approximately 0.32 miles north-west of the intersection of Tower Road and Bois-D-Arc Road (MAPSCO Page 530 C) at the following address: 12715 1/2 Tower Road, Manor, Texas 78653. All bidders must submit either a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of at least 5% of the maximum total bid amount. The cashier's check or bid bond must be payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open. The work includes the installation of temporary erosion control BMPs, construction of potable waterline, storm sewer line, and area inlet, establishment of vegetation via hydro-mulch seeding
