Bidders must also comply with the provisions of the public disclosur law, N.J.P.L.1977 c.33. Bidders are required to comply with requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et.seq.and N.J.A.C.17:27. bid must be submitted by hand delivery or time and date receipted courier ( no bids are to be sent via regular mail ) to the board of education office at 2175 lemoine avenue, 6th floor. The board of education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and / or to accept the bid that, in its judgment will be in the best interest of the school district. The board also reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interst of the district to do so. The board will not assume responsibility for bids not delivered in person to the board of eduction at the time called for bid opening. The Work consists of Window Replacement throughout building. 1. The Work consists of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of designated areas of windows. Replacement Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition and disposal, windows, blocking, trim, flashing, etc.. 2. The contractor is responsible for adhering to the State of New Jersey Department of Education Employees Criminal History Record Checks as per the N.J.S.A. 18A:6-7.2. See attached section
