The anticipated award date and notice to proceed is by January 26, 2021.From notice to proceed there will be 210 days to Substantial Completion and 240 days to when the project is complete and ready for final payment. Contract 1-2019 Work includes construction of approximately 29,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch C900 PVC waterline, fire hydrants, water services, and appurtenances in public right of way private easements. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. Project is being funded through a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority and local funding. The Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
