All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal forms provided in the Specifications. Bid security shall not be required. If the Contract is awarded to a Bidder, that Bidder shall enter into a Contract with the City and furnish the required Certificates of Insurance, and a contract must be executed within thirty (30) days following the award of the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to delay the awarding of the Contract for up to sixty (60) days after the bid opening, to waive informalities in any bid, or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part with or without cause/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will serve the best interests of the City.
