Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 29-room educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new elementary school located in the Town of Mount-Royal housing three preschool classrooms and 26 regular classrooms. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold for an undetermined period. There are no plans for construction at this time. Owner is focused on construction of modular complexes at this time, which will be followed under separate projects. Further update early to mid-2026.
