A Proponent may bid on one or both locations. TCHC will be evaluating and awarding each location separately to the highest ranked Proposal. Downsview Acres (2195 Jane Street) is an 11-storey building with 294 units and was built in 1966. The scope of work for this location includes: - Roof replacement; - Over cladding; - Windows, exterior doors and balcony replacement; - Vestibule and lobby retrofit; - In-suite mechanical improvements; - Enlargement drop-off area in front of the building.
