Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A representative of the Bidder is encouraged to be present at the meeting since social distancing practices will be observed, including wearing of face coverings/masks by all participants. However, if no representative can be present in person, the Bidder shall contact the Project Manager at 251-208-7635, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, in order to coordinate attendance of the meeting by conference call. Bidders are required to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference, visit the site prior to submitting a Bid and include all costs associated with the project in their Bids. The project consists of the demolition of an existing baseball field and construction of a new synthetic turf baseball/football combo field. The work also includes two bull pen areas, chain link fencing and gates, privacy fencing, masonry backstop wall and net system, batting cage, concrete sidewalks, drinking fountains, bleachers, delay clocks, scoreboard, and all associated grading, drainage, erosion control, site work, sodding, & equipment, etc. for a complete project as described in the bid documents. Contractor shall also provide Video Pipe Inspection and As-Built documentation for permitting.
