The City of Pekin is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of a complete 480V 3-Phase 200 Amp electrical service, and Nuvve charging station to support one electric bus (the "Project"). The City of Pekin reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The City reserves the right to accept a proposal other than that with the highest evaluated score without stating reasons. By submitting a proposal, the Bidder waives any right to contest, in any proceedings or action, the right of the City to accept or reject any proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the City may consider any other factor besides capability to perform the work, in its sole and unfettered discretion. This Request for Proposal does not commit the City to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or attendance at an interview meeting with City staff. All enquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, in writing, to the City of Pekin Designated Contact Person by 12:00 noon, local time, September 18, 2020. Enquiries shall only be by written request, either mailed, hand delivered, E-Mail or faxed to the City' designated contact.
