Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,647-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
**As of November 12, 2020, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of Fire Station 6 and Fire Department Administration Project. Including, but not limited to a 16,752 square foot two story structure with associated site work, foundations, MEP systems, underground utilities, concrete paving, and landscaping. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. All inquiries about this CSP or specifications must be made to Shannon Pleasant, Procurement & Risk Manager via email shannon.pleasant@missouricitytx.gov. The City of Missouri City reserves the right to reject any and all CSPs, to waive irregularities, and to accept the CSP deemed the most advantageous to the City. Addendum#2 issued.
