Work Place: Cap-jeunesse High School, 600, 36 E Avenue, Saint-jérôme, Quebec, J7z 5w2. Work Performance Time: Delivery and Installation 8 Weeks Following Contract Award. The mode of transmission of a tender can be done according to one of the following methods: either by electronic means via the SÉAO and it must be deposited (that is to say encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the servers of the SEAO) before the date and time limit fixed for the reception of the tenders ; either in a sealed envelope , at the reception office of the Center de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord, at 795 rue Melançon, St-Jérôme, Québec, J7Z 4L1, before the date and time set for the reception of submissions; A submission received subsequently will be automatically rejected and returned to the tenderer unopened. The School Service Center encourages bidders to submit a bid electronically. We remind you that the regulations do not allow the submission of several submissions within the framework of the call for tenders, it being understood that the transmission of the same submission electronically and on paper constitutes the submission of several submissions. The tenderer must refer to the procedure which is accessible on the website of the Center de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord. The deadline for filing a complaint in connection with this call for tenders is September 21, 2020. The School Service Center does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, without compensation or any other form of liability towards the bidders. Subject to the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies. Award subject to final approval.
