Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lambton Shores, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 896-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The scope of work within this requirement is to provide all labour, materials and equipment to complete a Pre-Engineered Fire Rated Fabric Storage Building at the County of Lambton Public Works Forest Depot, 6958 Townsend Line, Lambton Shores, Ontario. The Storage building shall be 32' wide x 28' long with an internal clearance of 18' over a width of 16' as shown on the drawings attached. The Contractor shall be responsible to supply all necessary building permits, site preparation, granular and compaction and setting of the concrete blocks as per the Pre-Engineered design. The County of Lambton has 2' x 2' x 4' long pre-cast concrete blocks available for use if they meet the criteria of the foundation design. The Storage building shall have one end fully opened and one end Enclosed and shall include the structural framework and FR Fabric cladding with one 24" x 24" Gable End Louver vent as per the design. The Fire Rated Fabric storage building must also have a 15 year pro-rated warranty on the fabric and on the steel against any flaking of the coating or defects in the performance of the material or workmanship.
