Reference number : 1406105 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-09-25 Repair of access sidewalks 1600 to 1655 Rue de la Marie-Clarisse, Quebec Companies having their head office in Quebec as well as any other company which respects the agreements of liberalization of the public markets established by the government of Quebec are authorized to present bids. Quebec companies must have a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, according to the Building Act ( CQLR, chapter .B-1.1), covering the required work. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the submission. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, valid for a period of sixty (60) days and made payable to or in favor of OMHQ - SOMHAC. Bidders will be responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their bid and will have to ensure that they hold the required licenses and permits. The Office municipale d'habitation de Québec does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. Award subject to final approval.
