Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demo existing HVAC equipment in employee parking lot, Furnish and install new HVAC equipment on Administration Building Rooftop. Install new I-beam, patch-back existing roofing. Any work that affects the ability to cool the building during the hot seasonal months (daily temperature exceeds 80 degrees Fahrenheit) should not occur unless temporary cooling is provided by the Contractor. Remove existing mechanical equipment located in the parking lot. Provide new, not furbished, mechanical equipment, that are to be located on the existing Administration Building roof, that provides HVAC services to existing HVAC system of the Administration Building. All overhead work performed on the interior of the building will occur during the off hours 5pm - 2am. Contractor laydown area and parking will be along the north fence line behind the bus wash (Google Map attached). Type of award Lump sum License Class A and B Duration 90 days QA deadline 13 October 2020 3:00 PM Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%)
