Project Threshold : Project is greater than or equal to $500,000.00 (Technically Prequalified & Unlimited Audit required) District : 07 Selection Method : Expanded Letter of Response Big Bend Rd/CR672 @ I-75 TRC Members (Subject to Change) : Melissa Chin Michael Kopotic Rohan Abraham This contract will require field office personnel; therefore all firms performing inspection services must utilize CEI field office rates. The goal of the Departments Under-Utilization strategy is to encourage and promote use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Small Businesses in areas of work where they have been under-used. Under-Utilization is defined by FDOT as 25% or less utilization level in a Work Group, which may vary by district. District Seven will be conducting Marketing Meetings on November 5, 2020. These Marketing Meetings will include all Technical Review Committee members which are Melissa Chin, Mike Kopotic, and Rohan Abraham. The meetings will be every 30 minutes beginning at 8:30 AM and end at 12:00 PM. Each Consultant will have 25 minutes with the TRC members and will need to schedule the firms meeting time. These meetings are first come, first serve, therefore, scheduling early is suggested. Please call Melissa Chin at 813-975-3573 or e-mail to Melissa.Chin@dot.state.fl.us to schedule your meeting. When marketing, you may bring written marketing information to support your relevant project experience. The forms are available on the FDOT Procurement website, go to the Index, and then go to the Professional Services Forms link. A list of forms and form numbers are included as an attachment to the Scope of Services. Consultant shall submit the CEI Consultant Estimated Staffing form (one sheet per FPN) showing the hours of prime and all subs.
