All bids shall be submitted electronically in the form and manner indicated in the Special Provisions and shall be accompanied by proof of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie for ten percent (10%) of total bid amount. Bidders shall be pre-qualified with Oregon Department of Transportation in the appropriate Class of Work prior to bid opening. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Grading, tree removal, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control Concrete sidewalk, driveway, ADA ramps, curb, asphalt pavement, porous asphalt pavement Vegetated stormwater planters, trees Stormwater piping and appurtenances, fire hydrants, water service adjustments Striping, signing, flashing beacons The Engineers Estimate ranges from $3,123,000 to $3,817,000. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
