Of professional quality, providing a clear and accurate audio and visual record of existing conditions. 2. Prepared within the four (4) week period immediately prior to the start of construction 3. Furnished to the Engineer a minimum of one (1) week prior to bringing any materials or equipment within the areas described in this Detailed Specification. 4.
