Independent School District #194 will receive multiple prime sealed bids for the three ISD #194 Elementary School Additions listed above - Bid Package #1 - Structural Scope Bid until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 1st, 2020 at the Office of Facilities and Plant Planning,17630 Juniper Path, Suite A, Lakeville, Minnesota, 55044 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This Bid Package includes: Structural concrete, masonry and steel, supply and installation for the three additions listed above. An additional bid package for building envelope, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, sitework and utilities will be released in the coming weeks. The due date for any questions regarding Bid Package #1 - Structural, will be Wednesday, September 23 at 5:00 p.m .
