Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 28, 2020, a general contractor has been selected. All trades have been let. The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the construction of the Oak Street Replacement Wells 7R, 9R, and 10R implementation. The project includes furnishing all services, equipment, and materials for the required demolition work and abandonment of wells; the installation of submersible pumps, well piping and well pitless adapters, process piping and valves; disinfection/chlorination of well and process piping; connecting to the existing raw water system; site work including erosion controls, fencing, clearing, grubbing, and grading; instrumentation and controls upgrades; and electrical work to provide a fully functioning replacement well system.
