The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified a Design Build Manager (DBM) to solicit, select and manage a pre-manufactured horse barn company to provide design and complete construction phase services for Bond 2019 Project 45. Renovate WestWorld Barn to Increase Rentable Space. Generally, this project will reconstruct 10 of the exiting pre-manufactured barn structures within WestWorld as the walls within the exiting barns are beginning to rust through and fail creating a dangerous environment for horses to be boarded in.
