As of October 14,2020 the project has been awarded but contractor's information is not yet available. Provide all labor, equipment, service truck with materials and tools, transportation, permits, fees, licenses, etc. for completing installation of Ionization devices and connection to electrical power in HVAC equipment for all City of Saint Paul facilities, streets, and parks on an as-needed basis. Work is to be completed by licensed electricians under electrical permits. The City reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids or portions thereof, and further, reserves the right to accept/reject any or all subcontractors. Goals- 32% Minority total project hours 20% Female total project hours o 5% to minority-owned business enterprises (MBE) o 10% to woman-owned business enterprises (WBE) o 10% to other small business enterprises (SBE) The general scope of work for this project shall be to complete the electrical power connections required to install GPS, Needle Point Bipolar Ionization equipment (GPS/NPBI) in all City facilities as directed by the Project Manager based on submitted Time and Material rates. The GPS/NPBI equipment shall be provided to the sites by the owner. Contract may be required to assemble and install the GPS/NPBI equipment into the mechanical equipment per the manufactures provided installation instructions. For each location the contractors shall be provided a materials list and a list of HVAC equipment for installation of the GPS/NPBI equipment. The required installation labor time and list of miscellaneous materials required to complete the work scope at each location will be documented and submitted for approval of the Project Manager. Contractors are to verify all installation work is complete and functional prior to moving on to the next location. All compliance reporting shall be completed in a timely manner. Questions related to possible discrepancies or inaccuracies shall be submitted for clarification to the Project Manager prior the closing date for questions for the project bid period.
