Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project consists of erection of new elevator pit, shaft, cab, and all related work. The Project consists of erection of new elevator pit, shaft, cab, and all related work. Location of new elevator is in the lobby area that is open to the 2 nd floor above. After installation of new elevator, the existing elevator cab and all associated mechanical and electrical systems shall be removed. Space where elevator removed shall be finished to match existing finishes and utilized.
