SW 25th Street and South Walker to the Oklahoma River. The existing storm sewer system (inlets and storm sewer pipe network) in this area of the City experiences frequent backups and flooding that impacts residential structures, businesses and significantly limits travel along the City streets within the project area. OCWUT and the City must receive the necessary easements, "as-built drawings," and maintenance bond for the project. After dedication to and acceptance by the OCWUT and the City of this project, the water and sanitary mains included in the project, excluding any private service lines, will become the property of the City. After acceptance of the project and expiration of the maintenance bond, the City Through the Utilities Department will be responsible for future maintenance of the City owned water mains. Construction of this project is anticipated to begin in Fall 2020 and be completed in Summer 2021 Q & A deadline: Sep 30, 2020 1:00:00 PM EDT
