Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dupont, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,707-square-foot service station / car wash facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and service station / car wash facility.

For furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct the Public Works Facility. Work under this Contract includes construction of buildings and related facilities on two sites near 1700 Civic Drive. The North Site includes a Main Building with 14,707 square feet of floor area on two levels, a Covered Storage Building with 533 square feet of enclosed storage, 2,376 square feet of covered vehicle storage, and Fueling Facility with above ground 1,000-gallon diesel tank and 2,000-gallon unleaded tank. The North Site includes sitework, walls, water, sewer, stormwater, and electrical utilities, concrete walkways, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. The Main Building mechanical equipment includes an elevator and a vehicle lift for vehicle maintenance. The South Site includes a Public Works Structure with 4,560 square foot of floor area to include a decant facility, vehicle wash bay, and deicing bay (brine making and storage). The South Site includes sitework, water, sewer, stormwater, and electrical utilities, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. The Work shall be physically complete within 320 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, DuPont, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of DuPont and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
