The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment and the means of work for roof replacement for the soccer shelter at Borden Park. With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate.
