Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hinesville, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. Estimated Value: $1,050,000 to $1,150,000 Design, furnish, and erect a complete watertight, 12-unit, pre-engineered metal T-Hangar building with approximate slab dimensions of 5' x 273, including concrete foundation/slab, 2 PVC waterline with exterior hose bibbs on the east and west ends of the T-Hangar, and electrical design and work. Hangars shall be designed as a nested configuration, and shall include all anchor bolts, concrete reinforcing, steel frames, roof purlins, wall girts, roof panels, wall panels, door panels, interior partitions with full height panels, and all miscellaneous framing, trim, fittings, fasteners, sealants, glazing, and other components to make the steel structure conform to these specifications. This project will be divided into two (2) schedules: - Schedule 1 will include all civil work (safety related items, base and asphalt paving, drainage, water line and other pertinent items), outside the hangar face, and - Schedule 2 will include all T-Hangar work (foundation, building, electrical, etc.) inside of hangar face. As part of the contractor's bid package, the proposing contractor is to provide a schedule of values of the breakdown of tasks associated with Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.
