Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of 11/24/2020 was already awarded for $1,942,577.61. This project consists of removal and replacement of existing water main (2,679 linear feet), existing wastewater main (2,496 linear feet) and existing concrete street, driveway, alley, and sidewalk pavement (11,0931 square yard) for Carroll Drive and all incidentals as shown on the approved plans. Question Cutoff Date: 10/9/2020 01:00 PM (ET) Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable with recourse to the City of Garland, from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract All contracts less than $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars) will not require Performance, Payment or Maintenance Bonds. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
