The project involves a public waterline replacement and roadway repairs due to waterline replacement in 8th Place and Eagles Way. The work involves saw cutting, excavation, trenching, compaction, construction of: water main and service replacements and reconnection to existing, replacing concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by the City of Harrisburg unless the bidder is Licensed with the Construction Contractors Board and/or by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530 and has a current Public Works Bond of $30,000.00 prior to starting Work on the Project.
