Install erosion and safety control fences around perimeter. Remove existing fences, asphalt and base to a sub-grade of 13" below finished grade. Install drain tile around perimeter to elevations shown. Install rock at drain tile exit. Wrap drain tile trench and place over sub-grade an 8 oz. non-woven geotextile fabric. Install and compact a 7" lift of #2 clear fractured stone (no gravel), install a 3" lift of 3/4" TB. Verify elevations of stone grade. Pave with a 2" lift of asphalt binder. Install net post and center tie down footings, pave a 1 1/2" lift of surface course (virgin asphalt). Core 3" holes around perimeter and drive 3" SS-40 (black vinyl) fence posts 5' deep on maximum 8' spacing. Install top and bottom rail, install fence fabric and gates. After a 28 day cure, cut control joints and install Armor over joints. If paving contractor used set down or closure passes, those cold joints to also be covered with Armor. Apply a 2 coat black NuSurf and a 2 coat Colorflex (Dark green interior, light green exterior) color. Paint also around outside of fence. Stripe with white lines for tennis and blue for pickleball. Install special re-bars for center tie downs for pickleball at singles lines of tennis courts. Landscape around perimeter and clean up site. Bid Result.
