The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids Background The District is committing to provide cleaner transportation for the students of Liberty Public Schools using propane powered school buses. The first set of new propane buses will be delivered around December of 2020 and will begin service for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year. Fuelsupply is a critical element to the District making this "green" alternative fuel program a success and seeks to contract with a qualified LPG fuel supplier to cost effectively deliver and to manage the LPG fuel supply. The LPG fuel supplier shall recommend and provide vehicle refueling options as determined to the best suited for the specific operation location and conditions. Objectives The District is seeking the construction of one (1) 18,000 gal LPG tanks and fueling dispenser located at: 801 Kent St. Liberty, MO 64068
