The Project consists generally of the following major items: The project consists of removal of bushes/trees, gravel path and grading to provide a 10' wide asphalt greenway trail with shoulders with two concrete dual box culvert stream crossings, providing Class 1 riprap with filter fabric and vegetative stabilization. A portion of an existing roadway shall be widened to allow for the continuation of the greenway along the roadway. This part of the 10' greenway shall have a green surface coating and flexible posts. The improvements include dewatering, grading, installation of new asphalt greenway trail, protection of existing utilities, streams and buffer, removal and replacement of any signs. The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary erosion and sediment control and revegetation of disturbed area and any signage and pedestrian and traffic control during the duration of the project.
