The intent of this Contract is for the Contractor to provide roof inspection, repair and replacement services at various City buildings. The work shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment, fuel, tools, transportation, and services for the successful inspection, repair and replacement services. The Contractor is free to propose modifications to the following scope that may result in cost savings and/or a better product. Any modifications shall be clearly spelled out in the Proposal for review and approval by the City. This contract shall run one year from the date the contract is executed. The contract will automatically renew for up to four (4) additional terms in one-year increments for a total possible life of five (5) terms.
